In 2007 I met a very special person online, Laurie Cusick. Over the years Laurie and I became really good friends. We had so much in common and had the same thoughts and excitement on things. Although we never met in person, we felt like we’ve known each other forever. In August 2010 tragic struck Laurie. Her house caught fire during the night and her older daughter was killed. Laurie and her younger daughter remained in critical condition for weeks. Her younger daughter eventually recovered, yet Laurie had a long road ahead of her. She finally made it to rehab and exactly 2 months to the day of her home catching fire she passed away.
Laurie owned a boutique both online and had recently opened a store. She was always so excited about her dream to open a children’s boutique. We, at one point, shared the boutique. I wanted to make sure that Laurie’s dream lived on and I know she would be so proud of Lollipop Lane Boutique & Resale.
Just like Laurie, we pride ourselves on our customer service. Each order is wrapped in tissue paper and includes a lollipop. One dollar from each order placed will be donated to the Lehigh Valley Burn Center where Laurie was treated. Additional donations can be made if indicated on your order.
